Refund policy
Services and products offered by Rayon d’Enfance mainly consist of personalized services (support, coaching, educational interventions) and editorial products.
Services
Any service that has begun is considered due.
No refund can be requested once the service has begun, except in the event of cancellation by Rayon d'Enfance.
In the event of cancellation by the customer :
• More than 48 hours before the scheduled date: the service may be postponed to a later date, subject to availability.
• Less than 48 hours before the scheduled date: the session is considered due and cannot be refunded or postponed.
Editorial products (books)
As books are cultural goods, no refunds will be made after shipment, except in the case of defective or non-compliant products.
If a damaged product is received, the customer is invited to contact Rayon d'Enfance within 7 days of receipt, with supporting documentation.
